Red Rag - Nick Clegg in his fawning defence of the Tory coalition said this pearler today "It is infrastructure that will power the UK economy into growth....we will not sit on our hands on this issue whilst unemployment is rising".
Lets just wipe away all the coalition bullshit and look at the following fact:
Since the beginning of the coalition UK public sector net investment in infrastructure has been cut by 58% in real terms.
