Red Rag - Amongst Gideons tirade against Europe today was his threat that it must sort it's house out "in the matter of weeks".
In a matter of weeks the Office for National Statistics will release the first estimate for the GDP figure for the UK for (July-September)Q3. This, as economists have said, will almost definitely show it contracting and the country is heading back into recession. The IMF has already said there is a one in six chance that we are already heading towards a recession.
Wonder how Gideons mass warning to Europe will look in his so called "matter of weeks"?
